Maid2Match NZ is hiring Domestic Cleaners in Auckland CBD, Auckland, for permanent, part-time positions. The job offers $28.95 per hour plus KiwiSaver and paid travel between services. The Opportunity

As a Domestic Cleaner, successful candidates will provide professional cleaning services in customers’ homes across Auckland.

The role includes recurring domestic cleaning as well as deep cleaning and spring cleaning. Employees will travel between client homes during their working day, with travel between services paid by the employer.

Maid2Match provides all required cleaning equipment, products and uniforms, allowing employees to focus on delivering quality service rather than purchasing or maintaining their own supplies.

The company is currently building its Auckland team and is looking for a small group of Field Staff, including both experienced cleaners and people who are new to the industry and willing to complete paid training.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of the position include:

  • Complete recurring domestic cleaning services
  • Carry out deep cleaning
  • Perform spring cleaning services
  • Clean and maintain customers’ homes to a high standard
  • Use company-provided cleaning equipment and products
  • Travel between customer locations

Cleaning Experience and Training

Previous domestic cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.

Maid2Match offers paid training for applicants who are new to professional cleaning. Successful trainees can begin with the company’s training program before progressing into Field Staff positions.

The company also offers a career progression pathway that can lead from Trainee to Field Staff, Trainer, Team Leader and Division Manager.

Qualifications and Work Requirements

Applicants must have their own car and a valid New Zealand driver’s licence, as the role requires travel between different customer homes.

Candidates must also be available for a minimum of three days per week from Monday to Friday.

The position does not require night or weekend work, supporting a more predictable work-life balance.

Employees are hired on a permanent basis rather than as contractors or casual workers. The company provides paid induction, paid training, equipment, cleaning products, uniforms and travel between job
