The Opportunity

As a Chef, the successful candidate will oversee food preparation and cooking activities while supervising chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.

The position involves planning menus, developing new recipes, preparing meals and specialty foods, and ensuring that food meets established quality standards. The chef will also manage food and kitchen supply requirements and monitor food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.

The role also includes training kitchen employees in food preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation. Candidates should be comfortable taking a leadership role in a busy kitchen environment and maintaining consistent food quality.
