Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
- Operating large and small agricultural tractors, including Case, Fendt and John Deere machinery.
- Operating cultivation equipment and precision harvesting machinery.
- Using planters and grader scoops for horticultural operations.
- Operating tile drain ploughs and other specialist farm machinery.
- Operating diggers and forklifts when required.
- Cultivating agricultural land and preparing paddocks for planting.
- Supporting crop-growing and harvesting activities.
- Using GPS and digital systems to improve precision and efficiency.
- Carrying out basic machinery maintenance and identifying mechanical issues.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Working independently while also supporting and training other team members when required.

Requirements
Candidates should have:
- At least 3 years of experience operating large equipment or similar machinery.
- Relevant experience from industries such as mining, civil construction or forestry may also be considered.
- Confidence using GPS technology and digital systems.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to carry out routine maintenance.
- A full Class 1 driver’s licence.
- A current F endorsement.
- A proactive and safety-focused approach to work.
